1. The initial brief and survey

A detailed site survey is a key tool & crucial for good design. After locating the main services & structural restraints, our designers note other factors, eg:
natural light, & functional relations to the rest of the property. The client brief provides an idea of desires and budgets
2. The working design

The data is transformed via a series of sketches to preliminary plan stage. This is discussed with the client, refined & progressed into finished plan elevation,
visual format. All designs are hand drawn offering full flexibility for discussion between the designer & the client.
3. The presentation

The client is shown full itemised costings & the complete design package. The showroom has a large sample library including wood, granite, glass & ceramics.
The product choice, the budget & installation programme are discussed & confirmed prior to order placement.
4. The implementation

A full installation survey is undertaken by the appointed installations manager on receipt of an order, confirming costings & detailed works programme.
The Manager is your point of contact & ensures completion of the project with the least disruption to your home
